Ingredients:
- 1 packet of frozen acai puree
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon Veganway peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
- 1/4 cup Veganway keto granola
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk
Toppings:
- Sliced banana
- Veganway keto granola
- Drizzle of Veganway peanut butter
- Chia seeds
- Shredded coconut Prepare Acai Packet
Method:
- Run the frozen acai packet under warm water for a few seconds to slightly soften it. Break the packet into chunks.
- Combine the acai chunks, half a banana, mixed berries, Veganway peanut butter , and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
- The acai bowl base should have a thick, smooth consistency.
- The acai mixture into a bowl.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle Veganway granola over the top of the acai mixture. Add sliced banana, additional granola, and any other desired toppings such as a drizzle of Veganway peanut butter , chia seeds, or shredded coconut.
- Serve Immediately: Acai bowls are best enjoyed immediately while the base is still frozen and the toppings are fresh and crunchy.
